About the Event
Interested in learning more about becoming an Education Exhibit Guide?
Join us for a Volunteer Info Session designed specifically for this volunteer opportunity.
We’re currently looking for enthusiastic, reliable individuals to join our team as Education Exhibit Guides—volunteers who bring our mission to life by engaging guests of all ages in hands-on learning about Florida’s unique coastal ecosystems.
Education Exhibit Guides:
- Staff our invertebrate touch tanks and Ocean EcoCenter exhibits
- Commit to a weekly 3-hour shift for a minimum of one year
- Must be 15 years or older
- Should be passionate about the environment and enjoy interacting with people
- Will receive full training—no experience necessary!
If you’re curious and want to learn more about what this role involves, attend our upcoming Volunteer Interest Session. We’ll go over expectations, training, and how to get started.
Our next training session begins in early fall, so now is the perfect time to explore this rewarding opportunity.
