Slow down, look closer, and discover the beauty of Florida’s coastal environment through mindful observation and creative expression. Join our educators for Nature Journaling, a 90-minute guided workshop designed to help you connect with nature using all five senses.
You’ll begin with quiet reflection in our butterfly garden surrounded by native Florida plants, then continue at the outdoor pavilion for creative exercises like mangrove leaf rubbings and “mystery object” observations. Whether you prefer to draw or write, this program offers a peaceful opportunity to explore and record your natural surroundings in a new way.
