We will be building Community Oyster Restoration Enhancement (CORE) modules that will be deployed to create oyster reefs at our restoration sites. These CORE modules are a newly developed oyster restoration technique and provide a potential plastic free alternative to oyster bags.

Construction of the modules involves assembling liquid cement mixture and oyster shells into molds. Please wear clothes that can get dirty and bring plenty of water. A hat is also recommended. Gloves will be provided.

Minimum age for this event is 10 years old. Participants under 18 years of age must be signed in and accompanied by an adult.
