Yoga on the Ocean Deck (Sunrise)
About the Event
Start your day at Florida Oceanographic Coastal Center with Sunrise Yoga on the Ocean Deck on Friday, May 31, 7:30 – 8:30 a.m. Bask in the morning sun, connect with nature meet new friends. All levels are welcome, with the caveat that you can get up and down on your mat. Dress comfortably for this outdoor class and bring your yoga mat and favorite props, water bottle, towel and bug spray.
This outdoor session will be taught by Certified Yoga Instructor, Dale Johnson.
A confirmation email with parking and entry instructions will be sent a few days prior to the event.
This program is for 18 years and older.
Cancellations must be made within 72 hours of event for refund.
