The Game Fish Lagoon is a very tranquil exhibit but during the feedings, watch out! The fish and the turtles get very excited when it is time to eat.
Experience the excitement of the Game Fish Lagoon feeding program as the fish, sharks, turtles and rays explode into a feed frenzy.
Learn more about the sea turtles that nest on the beaches of the Treasure Coast, the threats to their survival, and turtle etiquette. We have several resident sea turtles that serve as ambassadors to turtles everywhere and each has their own personality and unique story.
There are a number of nurse sharks in the Game Fish Lagoon that add excitement to the feeding program as they slurp and suck up their food from the surface of the lagoon. The largest of the sharks is about 8.5 feet.

Two nature trails meander through the property. The longest loop is 1 mile and takes visitors through the mangroves, hardwood hammocks and down to the Indian River Lagoon for a spectacular view of the waterway. The shorter loop is 1/3 of a mile and stays to the interior with informative signage about local flora and fauna.
